Entries are now open for the Endurance Moto event. The annual race will be held on Sunday 31 October from 10 am to 5 pm, at the parking site of Stade Anjalay in Belle-Vue Harel.

Similarly, to the one held in 2020 by MotorClub Racing Team, the endurance race will be running for four hours with riders taking turns every 30 minutes, with a maximum time limit of one minute.

At this point, 12 teams have registered for the competition. A general preparatory meeting will be held on Tuesday 26th of October at the BAT Hall in Port Louis, providing an opportunity for the final motorbike enthusiasts to register.

 ” There are increasing numbers of motor racing enthusiasts in Mauritius. Unfortunately, there are no dedicated circuits for this sport in Mauritius. For this reason, we must be extra vigilant. We ensure to have two ambulances on site, as despite being adrenaline driven, we know that the risk is high,” says Reshad Khoyratty, president of the Motoclub Racing Team.

 The club, which was established in 1991, is celebrating its 30th anniversary this year. An opportunity for the club to embark on a mission to revive the enthusiasm of young people for this activity.
